i just got prescribed wellbutrin and im crying for the first time in ages bc im so afraid to try antidepressants again
#and i really dont have an adequate support system at all right now#ik my friends care about me but um#idk i just called my bestie and he sounded so annoyed and he had a reason to be ig but it felt like rejection#and theyre all so busy that i cant get support when i need it#and i feel like im just looking for attention and reassurance#and thats not healthy so i just try not to say anything#also my psychiatrist brought up opposite action yesterday and i grrrrrr#i hate that#as grateful as i am to have started therapy at such a young age#im forever pissed at how i was treated by almost every mental healthcare professional ive seen#idk if i will ever be able to trust a therapist or psychiatrist everrrrr#ever ever ever
